Systems shaped around how you work
The core systems, portals and apps your organisation depends on, designed around how it really works and ready for what AI brings next.

Systems & applications at a glance

When off-the-shelf software stops fitting
Packaged software is a good start, until your processes, data or customers outgrow it. Then teams fill the gaps with spreadsheets, manual steps and workarounds.
Systems shaped around how you work close those gaps. Done well, it becomes part of how the organisation runs. That is why we design every system for the years after launch: maintainable code, clear documentation and a team that stays to support it.
Built the AI-native way
We build with an AI-native SDLC. AI works alongside our engineers across design, coding, testing and review, so ideas reach working software sooner and every change is checked twice.
Our engineers stay accountable for every line, and the code, tests and documentation remain yours.
Where it begins
Replacing spreadsheets and manual steps
Turning a process held together by spreadsheets and email into one system with clear ownership.
Modernising an ageing system
Rebuilding or extending a system that is hard to change, without stopping the work it supports.
Launching a customer-facing app
A web or mobile app your customers use every day, backed by the systems behind it.
Connecting systems that do not talk
Integrations that remove double entry between departments and partners.
What we look after
Enterprise systems
Operations, scheduling, records and reporting systems at the centre of daily work.
Web applications
Portals, dashboards and internal tools that work across browsers and devices.
Mobile apps
iOS and Android apps, native or cross-platform, from first design to app store release.
Integration
Connections to the systems you already run, from ERP and CRM to external data feeds and devices.
Real-time applications
Live audio, video and data experiences built to hold up under heavy use.
Long-term support
Maintenance, monitoring and improvements after launch, under a clear support agreement.
How we work
- 01
Consult
We learn how the work is done today, who uses the system and what must not go wrong.
- 02
Design
You review the user flows, architecture and plan before anything is built.
- 03
Build
We work in short iterations and show you working software regularly.
- 04
Deploy
We test, migrate data, train users and go live with a rollback plan.
- 05
Support
We maintain, monitor and improve the system for as long as you need it.
What you can expect
- Working software released in stages you can review
- Source code and technical documentation, as agreed in the contract
- Test plans and test results
- User guides and training for your team
- A support agreement with clear response times
Still running today
Mission-critical operations software
A system at the heart of a 24/7 operation, connected to the systems around it and supported continuously for years.
Software held to medical standards
Analytics software for a medical device, built under a regulated process with formal risk analysis, threat modelling and full test evidence, with machine learning built in.
A campus space register
One register of every building, floor, room and desk, with floor plans in the browser, dashboards and governed AI access.
Social live streaming at scale
Social live-streaming apps for clients across Asia, serving millions of daily users with real-time audio and video.
Our own SaaS
We build and run easySales, a cloud CRM for sales teams, so we know what running software in production every day takes.
Visit easySalesQuestions we often hear
Who owns the software?
We agree intellectual property and source-code ownership in the contract before work starts, so there are no surprises later.
How long does a project take?
It depends on scope. We split larger systems into phases, so you see working software early and can adjust priorities as you go.
Can you take over an existing system?
Yes. We start by reviewing the code, infrastructure and documentation, then agree a plan to stabilise, support and improve it.
Do you support the software after launch?
Yes. Most of our systems are looked after under ongoing maintenance agreements, some for many years after launch.
How do you handle personal data?
We design with Singapore’s PDPA in mind: collecting only what is needed, controlling access by role and keeping an audit trail.
Which technologies do you use?
We choose proven, widely supported technologies for each project, such as modern TypeScript frameworks, native and cross-platform mobile toolkits and the major cloud platforms, so the system is easy to maintain.
