Connected operations, from device to decision
Gantries, cameras, sensors and the systems behind them, working as one, with one team that understands every part.

Connected operations at a glance
- What it is
- IoT and systems integration: selecting, installing and connecting devices such as gantries, cameras and sensors to your software and business systems.
- Who it is for
- Campuses, buildings, facilities and operations with many devices from different vendors.
- Where
- Singapore and the region, on-premises or in the cloud.
- How to engage
- Survey, design, installation, testing and maintenance by one team.
The hardest part is where systems meet
Most buildings and operations already have plenty of technology: gantries, cameras, sensors, card readers, displays and the software behind them. The trouble starts where they meet, when no single vendor owns the whole picture.
We work on both sides, the device in the field and the software in the back office, so every piece is chosen, installed and connected to work together, and someone is responsible when it doesn’t.
Where teams start
Access and attendance
Gantries, turnstiles and readers that open the right doors and keep accurate attendance records.
Security operations
Virtual patrols over existing CCTV, with incident evidence captured as it happens.
Building systems that work together
Access, video and building systems sharing data instead of running side by side.
Data from the field
Sensor readings collected, processed and shown where your team makes decisions.
What we connect
Device selection and installation
We choose and install the hardware that fits your site, budget and existing systems.
Access control and gantries
Card, QR and biometric access, turnstiles and attendance, linked to your staff, student or visitor records.
Video systems
Existing CCTV and video management systems connected to new workflows, without replacing the cameras.
Sensors and edge devices
Data collected in the field and processed close to the source when speed or bandwidth matters.
Business system integration
Device data fed into the platforms your teams use for operations, reporting and compliance.
Maintenance
Preventive maintenance and support for devices and integrations after handover.
How we work
- 01
Survey
We walk the site and map the devices, systems and constraints already in place.
- 02
Design
We agree the architecture, devices and integration plan with you.
- 03
Install and integrate
We install the hardware and connect it to your software, end to end.
- 04
Test and hand over
We test on site, train your team and document everything.
- 05
Maintain
We keep devices and integrations running with preventive and on-call support.
What you can expect
- A site survey and integration design
- Installed and configured devices
- Integration with your software and records
- On-site test results and as-built documentation
- Training for operators and administrators
- A maintenance plan
Integrations in daily use
Smart access for education campuses
Gantry access and attendance for a residential campus, synchronised with the school’s attendance system and maintained for years.
Smart building integration
Access control, video management and edge AI devices connected into one building system.
Virtual guard tours
Security patrols carried out through existing CCTV, with set routes, timed checkpoints and video evidence of incidents, running on-site without new hardware.
Questions we often hear
Do we have to replace our existing devices?
Not usually. We start from what you have, integrate whatever can be connected and replace only what can’t.
Can you work with our current vendors?
Yes. We often work alongside equipment vendors and system integrators, and take responsibility for the parts we look after.
How do you handle privacy for access and video data?
We design to Singapore’s PDPA and the PDPC’s guidance on biometric and video data: a clear purpose, limited access, retention rules and audit logs.
Do you maintain systems after installation?
Yes, through preventive and on-call maintenance agreements.
Can the system run on-premises?
Yes. Where security or connectivity requires it, systems run entirely on your own servers and network.
Which device brands do you work with?
We are not tied to one brand. We choose devices on fit, support and integration options, and work with many existing installations.
How long does an installation take?
It depends on the number of sites and devices. We agree a schedule after the site survey and plan the work around your operations.
